Right of Return

Consumers have a 14-day right of return for online orders in accordance with Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.

The right of return applies to products that:

• are unused

• are in their original condition

• include all original packaging

Unique and Custom Orders

Since our products are handmade and often customized, made-to-order items are not eligible for return, and individually tailored products have no right of return.

 

Product Condition and Natural Variations

We use natural materials, so each product is unique. Color, patterns, and shapes may vary naturally.

These variations are not considered defects.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product.

We will replace the defective product or provide a refund.
